I had this cdsilver offered by my girlfriend, I'd never listen! (given the amount of cd! lol) .
Is a double cdsilver which compiles rehearsals and live during the tour rehearsals Elevation.
Source audio = Earpiece! Very good sound,
even if sometimes 2 or 3 tracks there are inperfections but nothing major.

So here is what I consider as the definitive version of this fantastic show.
If some of you get the "Lost Broadcasts Volume I" proposing one part of this show, then you will show the difference between Pandora and Earth.
"Lost Broadcasts Volume I" presents the setlist from "The ocean" to "Out of control" with a sound full of glitches, distortion and hiss.
The setlist of Source I starts with "the ocean" fading in and closes with "Out of control" fading out.
The setlist of Source II starts with "Another time, another place" and concludes with "I will follow".
The quality of these recordings was so high that I just slightly remastered both sources with normalization , adequate compression, and fine mixing (1/1000 second).
This setlist is the most complete one from this show with an amazing quality.
Concerning the gig, what else to say than terrific with Bono in an olympic feeling and energetic versions for the entire setlist. This was the second time in less than two months that U2 played this venue, the previous date beeing 1981-03-28. Barry Fey, the local concert promoter, convinced the band to come back one more time before the end of their tour, as a result of the positive response to the first show.
The band also played the Rainbow Music Hall one more time on February 27, 1982.
It was during these trips to Denver that Barry Fey and Chuck Morris took the band to Red Rocks, and planted the seed that would become "Under a blood red sky".

This was recorded from outside the Olympic Stadium and I must say it wasn't as easy as you would think.. I really had to stand/sit still for over an hour to make sure I had a clean feed.. only moving a couple of inches was giving a lot of interference already.. you can hear it in the first song (which is only space oddity), but after that it's almost clean. I was sitting on my suitcase and people were walking by all the time and looking at me like I was a visitor from outer space or something. I wasn't too happy with that, but it was for a good cause.. hope some of those 'passers by' will remember it and have a listen to this.. anyway, I hope you enjoy it.

Note: This was a special show in Nashville, where the band had not played since 1981. Especially cool was the appearance of "The Wanderer," with Bono doing his best Johnny Cash impression for most of it. The overwhelming highlight of the show, however, was the "Blind Guitar Player" that Bono pulled onstage after "Moment of Surrender." The man plays "All I Want Is You," dedicating it to his wife, Andrea. It was a very emotional moment and the utmost in cool. And, in a stunning bit of goodwill, Bono gave the man his guitar! I am sure everyone has seen the videos of this on Youtube so you know how special this was. The bass was kinda strong at the stadium. This is the raw recording, which is very similar in sound to the Miami show. I am not sure about the bass, though.

This is a new source that I recorded and have not distributed except for
a few copies made shortly after the show. Excellent sound except for
Zoo Station through Mysterious Ways. On the tape you can here where the
equipment was bumped by a fat chick who coudn't deal with the crowd.
Unfortunately the collision loosened a cable on the left channel. For
those songs the left channel contains static that ranges from minor to
unlistenable. Once fixed the rest of the show is very nice.
Recorded in the center, in front of the soundboard, just to the left of
walkway stage into the crowd.

New Year's Day is introduced as two hearts beat as one. (apparently
Bono lost track of the setlist). another sold out U2 show in Boston.
it was a good show despite a few odd moments, plenty of energy and even
some Bono Jackson. hey why not? at this time U2 and Michael Jackson were
the hottest names in rock and pop music (along with Hall and Oates).
this appears to be the full show. all the songs are complete.
most of the encore applause was edited out of the source tape.
just before "I fall down", Bono says "it's great to be back in N.Y." and
is answered with a resounding chorus of boos. (the only round of boos
in this show.) then he follows that by saying "this is where we live,
Boston." that gets the cheering going again. Two sold out shows at the
Orpheum this time, after just one in late 1981.
the U2 mania here was irrreversible by this point and out of control.
next time it was 3 shows at the Worcester Centrum. (and Boston Garden)
