In Honor of Bono remembering this fondly at both the san jose 2001 and 2005 shows.

Notes : Sound is what you would expect for this type of equipment, basically a recorder held in the air
But there is no hiss because the gen is 1st gen and it never touched the dreaded low bias
tape which everyone back then used it because high bias was so expensive

This is one probably in the collections of many, but if not, it's a great starter for my planned series of early U2 to post here...

U2 played several dates at McGonagle's in Dublin in June, 1979, and this disc contains eight tracks from one of those nights...plus, a hodgepodge of other items, some of which were recently shared in Propaganda's amazing Boy era 9 gb torrent...the sound quality on these is just terrific...unfortunately, somebody did not include track 20 (Rejoice) on my disc, so if someone else here has that last track, maybe they could seed it so the cover art will match the disc contents.
